Growth is inevitable, but it doesn’t have to come at the expense of our small businesses and neighborhoods. Right now, we’re seeing road repairs that drag on for months, blocking access to local shops and restaurants. These delays can devastate small businesses, and that’s unacceptable.
I’m proposing a citizen oversight and input commission for District 1 projects. This commission will ensure that infrastructure and growth are managed as equal priorities. By increasing community engagement, we can make sure that development benefits everyone—not just a select few.
